Following shows the A-B measurement with Tek 5014C

Low frequency noise

Measured with SR760 spectrum analyzer. Measurement range 0~100 kHz. Window BMH

Then low pass filter (1.9MHz cutoff) is inserted before the SR760

Rising time

Measured with MSO9404A 4GHz bw 20GSa/s

Then low pass filters from minicircuit are insert before the oscilloscope(our one):

Jitter

Similar method as TaborWX2182B. The setup is simplified: default histogram window setting with vertical range of 200 microV, up edge trigger at 0V, default waveform plot, and falling edge. The carrier signal is 10MHz square wave.
